Bericht zur Entwicklung der Umweltschutzindustrie in Europa (insbesondere Deutschland) an den Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED)

Description: Das Projekt "Bericht zur Entwicklung der Umweltschutzindustrie in Europa (insbesondere Deutschland) an den Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED)" wird/wurde gefördert durch: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH. Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Institut für Angewandte Wirtschaftsforschung e.V..Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Arbeit des China Councils im Allgemeinen und die Arbeit der Taskforce 'Entwicklung der chinesischen Umweltschutzindustrie' im Besonderen inhaltlich und organisatorisch durch eine Intensivierung des deutsch-chinesischen Erfahrungsaustausches zu unterstützen. Die Kernaufgabe der Taskforce ist es, Empfehlungen an den Staatsrat zur Entwicklung dieser Branche sowie zu den notwendigen politischen und wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu erarbeiten. Im Rahmen seines Einsatzes übernimmt das IAW die Erstellung eines Berichts zur Entwicklung der Umweltschutzindustrie in Europa (insbesondere Deutschland), in dem die Zusammenhänge zwischen der Gestaltung der politischen Rahmenbedingungen und der Entstehung von Umweltmärkten aufgezeigt werden. In der bisherigen Projektarbeit wurde unter maßgeblicher Mitwirkung von Dr. Stefan Bayer (Universität Tübingen) ein vorläufiger Bericht über die Entwicklung der europäischen Umweltschutzindustrie fertig gestellt. Dieser bildet den wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Baustein für die weitere Beratungstätigkeit der vom CCICED beauftragten Task Force 'Environmental Protection Industry', welche die in Europa gewonnenen Erfahrungen für den Aufbau einer chinesischen Umweltschutzindustrie nutzen soll.
