Umsetzung eines Bauproduktes als PV-Modul, Teilvorhaben: Prozessentwicklung

Description: In diesem Projekt soll ein Standardbauprodukt (Isolierglas) mit Solarzellen flexibel aufgewertet werden. Es werden Solarzellmatrizen in den Herstellungsprozess von Isolierglas eingebracht: Dadurch wird die Glasindustrie in die Lage versetzt, mit ihren aktuellen Produktionsprozessen direkt und kostengünstig Solarmodule herzustellen. Dieser Baustein ist wesentlich für eine breite Anwendung von Gebäude-integrierter Photovoltaik, da dadurch kurzfristig in einer breiten Masse das Angebot von Solarmodulen durch Industrien aus dem Baubereich dargestellt werden kann. In diesem Teilprojekt wird das Modulkonzept für eine industrielle Fertigung neu bewertet, ein Simulationsmodell aufgestellt und rückkontaktierte Verschaltungen weiterentwickelt und erprobt.
