Description: Das Projekt "SEcure Grids for Redispatch 2.0" wird vom Umweltbundesamt gefördert und von Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen University, E.ON Energy Research Center, Institute for Automation of Complex Power Systems durchgeführt. The increasing penetration of distributed generators and loads at the distribution grid level is leading to more dynamic and increasingly unpredictable grid behavior. This requires flexible control of plants in distribution grids in order to bring them into line with loads as far as possible, thus continuing to ensure security of supply and grid stability as well as avoiding critical grid states. The SEGuRo concept provides for tamper-proof signing of metering data directly at the metering point, a secure communication channel for transmitting the data, and a real-time capable monitoring platform. The monitoring platform essentially comprises a combination of digital twin and dynamic network state estimation as well as data management and visualization. Such a fully comprehensive combination of technologies is an innovation in grid monitoring and provides an elementary digital basis, not only for grid control, but also for flexible billing of novel grid services. The research focus of the partners lies in the following areas: RWTH Aachen: project coordination, digital twin, dynamic state estimation CashOnLedger: business model, data integrity Gridhound: network state estimation HS BO: network monitoring, network services OPAL-RT: technical project management, real-time simulation platform for digital twin Rhebo: security of communication STWH: provision of network data, communication structure, field test Utimaco: public key infrastructure.
