Description: Gesamtziel des Vorhabens 'WESPE' ist die Schaffung einer Plattform zur Vereinfachung, Entwicklung, Erprobung und praxisnahen Schulung neuer Einbau- und Umrüstprozesse für Wärmepumpen mit dem Handwerk. Durch signifikante Reduktion der Installationszeit wird so eine Realisierung des Ausbauziels auf über 500.000 Wärmepumpen pro Jahr trotz Fachkräftemangels ermöglicht. Durch die Plattform sollen innovative Prozesse entwickelt, optimiert und geschult und gleichzeitig neue, vereinfachende Anforderungen an die Systeme abgeleitet werden. Der Installationsprozess soll durch Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Abläufe und Workflows sowohl der prozessualen als auch technischen Schnittstellen vereinfacht und damit beschleunigt werden. Schwerpunkt der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft ist die Weiterentwicklung und Erprobung von Vorfertigungsansätzen (Fraunhofer IBP) und digitalen Workflows (Fraunhofer ISE). Dazu sollen u.a. Datenmodell und Schnittstellen weiterentwickelt werden, um eine möglichst durchgängige Datenhaltung von der Anfrage des Kunden bis zur Inbetriebnahme zu ermöglichen.
