FlexFab - Flexible Produktion von Solarzellen in zukünftigen PV Fabriken, Teilvorhaben: Anpassung der ZEBRA-Zelltechnologie an eine flexible Anlagentechnik

Description: Das FlexFab-Konzept wird so entwickelt, dass mehrere, evolutionär auf einander aufbauende Solarzellenkonzepte auf einer Linie gefertigt werden können. Mit der Flexfab steht ein Konzept zur Verfügung, welches Forschungseinrichtungen und Technologieunternehmen ermöglicht, ihre Innovationen in den Markt zu bringen. Andererseits ermöglicht es aber auch dem Kunden, die industrielle Machbarkeit nachzuweisen und wiederum seine Kunden zu bemustern. Hierbei ist das Investitionsrisiko gering, da es immer noch den Fallback einer Al-BSF-Linie gibt, bzw. die Umrüstung auf eine PERC Linie (entsprechendes Equipment ist ebenfalls enthalten).
