Umsetzung eines Bauproduktes als PV-Modul, Teilvorhaben: Entwicklung eines industriellen Produktionsverfahrens für gebäudeintegrierte PV-Module in einem Isolierglas

Description: In diesem Projekt soll ein Standardbauprodukt (Isolierglas) mit Solarzellen flexibel aufgewertet werden. Es werden Solarzellmatrizen in den Herstellungsprozess von Isolierglas eingebracht: Dadurch wird die Glasindustrie in die Lage versetzt, mit ihren aktuellen Produktionsprozessen direkt und kostengünstig Solarmodule herzustellen. Dieser Baustein ist wesentlich für eine breite Anwendung von Gebäude-integrierter Photovoltaik (BIPV), da dadurch kurzfristig in einer breiten Masse das Angebot von Solarmodulen durch Industrien aus dem Baubereich dargestellt werden kann. In diesem Teilprojekt wird die industrielle Umsetzung der Produktion dieser Module erarbeitet. Dabei liegt ein weiterer Schwerpunkt auf der Eignung für BIPV-Produkte in Form und Farbe.
