Innovationswärmeleiter für Wärmeenergiequellen in Agglomerationsgürteln am Beispiel von Konversionsprozessen des Bestandsquartiers 'Ortskern Leeste': Phase 2 Umsetzung, Teilvorhaben: Partizipation

Description: Das Vorhaben zielt darauf ab die Umsetzung eines netzgebundenen Versorgungsansatzes im Ortskern von Leeste aus technischen, ökonomischen und partizipativen Gesichtspunkten wissenschaftlich zu begleiten. Das geplante Wärmenetz wurde in einer vorangegangenen Konzeptphase entwickelt und kann als bidirektionales Wärmenetz unterteilt in ein Hoch- und Niedertemperaturareal charakterisiert werden. Als maximale Systemtemperaturen werden 75 Grad C im Hoch- und 50 Grad C im Niedertemperaturareal angestrebt. Die Realisierung ist in mehrere Ausbaustufen unterteilt. In der ersten Ausbaustufe sollen ein Schulkomplex, ein Neubaugebiet und ein Versorgungsmarkt über das Wärmenetz versorgt werden. Anschließend ist geplant weitere umliegende Gebäude sukzessive an das Netz anzuschließen. Zur Wärmeversorgung stehen Wärmepumpenanwendungen in Kombination mit einem BHKW, einer PV-Anlage sowie einem Holzhackschnitzel- und einem Spitzenlastgaskessel zur Verfügung. Im Teilaspekt Wärmenetzmanagement ist neben der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung der Umsetzung, die Entwicklung eines adaptierbaren Energiemanagementsystem (EMS) geplant. Das EMS stellt das Gehirn des Versorgungssystems dar und soll für einen möglichst geringen CO2-Ausstoß bei vertretbaren Wärmegestehungskosten im Betrieb sorgen. Die zur Optimierung des Anlagenbetriebs verwendeten Zielgrößen sind nicht statisch, sondern sollen nach Bedarf angepasst werden können, um Präferenzen der Akteure berücksichtigen zu können. Darüber hinaus ist die Entwicklung einer neuen Methodik vorgesehen, die Planenden dabei helfen soll, geeignete Versorgungsareale für Wärmenetze der vierten Generation bereits in einer frühen Planungsphase identifizieren zu können. Diese Methodik soll auf das Gemeindegebiet der Gemeinden Weyhe und Stuhr angewendet werden. Teil des Vorhabens ist die Einbindung der Stakeholder und zukünftigen Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in die Umsetzungsphase über Haus-zu-Haus-Besuche, eine Befragung und Werkstätten sowie die Erstellung von Infoblättern.

  Description: The project aims to scientifically accompany the implementation of a grid-based supply approach in the town centre of Leeste from a technical, economic and participatory point of view. The planned heating network was developed in a previous concept phase and can be characterised as a bidirectional heating network divided into a high and low temperature area.
