Description: Das Projekt "Niedrigstenergiegebäude in Polen, Rumänien und Bulgarien" wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Ecofys Germany GmbH.Die EU-Richtlinie zur Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden schreibt vor, dass ab dem Jahr 2021 alle Neubauten dem Standard eines Niedrigstenergiegebäudes entsprechen müssen. Die europäischen Mitgliedstaaten sind aufgefordert, nationale Strategien für einen Übergang hin zu einem nahezu klimaneutralen Gebäudestand zu entwickeln. In enger Kooperation mit lokalen Gebäudeexperten entwickelte Ecofys ambitionierte Roadmaps für Polen, Rumänien und Bulgarien, um die Länder bei der Vorbereitung eines nationalen Niedrigstenergiegebäudestandards zu unterstützen. Ecofys erstellte für die drei Länder individuelle und kostenoptimale Einfamilien-, Mehrfamilien- und Büro-Niedrigstenergiegebäudelösungen. Der ökonomische und ökologische Funktionsnachweis der Lösungen wurde mittels thermischer Simulationsberechnungen erbracht.   Title: Implementing nearly Zero-Energy Buildings in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria - Towards a national definition and roadmap
  Description: European legislation on buildings and energy efficiency requires European Member States to develop strategies on how to progressively transform their national building stocks into an energy performing and climate neutral built environment. As of 2021, 'nearly Zero-Energy Buildings' will become mandatory for all new constructions. To facilitate this process and to demonstrate the technical and economic feasibility of the nearly zero-energy standard, BPIE commissioned Ecofys and local experts to undertake a technical and economic analysis of the situation in three Central and Eastern EU countries - Poland, Romania and Bulgaria - and developed holistic implementation plan for each. The studies build on the previous BPIE report Principles for nearly Zero-Energy Buildings and evaluate through simulations whether and how the general assumptions can be transferred to the local situation in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria. Different technological solutions - using variants of improved thermal insulation, energy efficient equipment for heating, cooling, ventilation and hot water and considering renewable energy generation - were examined to develop different specific nationally adapted nZEB solutions for residential- and non-residential buildingsFor costs assumptions of the economical evaluations theactual situations at the construction and energy sectors in the countries have been considered. Based on the simulation results, the study proposesconcrete national solutions for nZEB for the defined building categories, as well as policy implementation roadmaps towards 2020.
