Description: Das Hauptaugenmerk von TOUCAN Evolution liegt darauf, den entscheidenden Schritt in Richtung großtechnische Produktion in Europa zu machen. Dabei konzentriert sich das Konsortium auf die Entwicklung von Prozessen zur homogenen Emitter-Diffusion mit Bortrichlorid (BCl3), die Verbesserung der Passivierung des Boremitters und die Optimierung der nasschemischen Prozessführung um eine Turnkey Lösung für TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact - TOUCAN) und TOPCon-IBC (Interdigitated Back Contact - poly-ZEBRA) anbieten zu können. Für die Prozesskontrolle und Klassifizierung kommen neben den gängigen Charakterisierungsverfahren auch neue Entwicklungen optischer (Inline)-Inspektionssysteme zum Einsatz.
