Gesetzesfolgenabschätzung der Novelle des Abwasserabgabengesetzes (AbwAG)

Description: Aufgabe des Vorhabens soll es insbesondere sein, während des gesamten laufenden Gesetzgebungsverfahrens zur Änderung des AbwAG einzelne konkrete Gesetzgebungsvorschläge auf ihre finanziellen Auswirkungen hin zu prüfen und darzustellen. Hierbei sollen die Folgekosten des Erstentwurfes der Novelle des AbwAG sowie des geltenden Rechts als 'Baseli-ne-Szenarien' abgeschätzt werden, um sodann sich im fortschreitenden Gesetzgebungsprozess ergebende Änderungen auf deren finanzielle Auswirkungen zu untersuchen.
