Entwicklung eines Kompressors für Wasserstoff mit Hilfe von Metallhydriden

Description: In KOMPRHY werden die Arbeiten von Hereon folgende Aktivitäten beinhalten: Studie der besten Hydride für den Einsatz im Verdichter, Test deren kommerziellen Verfügbarkeit und Auswahl sowie Erwerb der geeignetsten Kandidaten für die möglichen Verdichterstufen. Simulation, sowohl der Behälter mittels FEM (COMSOL Programm) wie auch der Gesamtanlage mittels Systemsimulation (ASPEN/Matlab/Simulink/Simscape Programme) zur Optimierung der Energieeffizienz, der Funktionalität und der Produktionskosten. Begleitung von Entwurf, Bau und Tests des Verdichtersystems (Behälter, Ventile, Sensoren, Wärme- und Kältegenerierung, Kontrollsystem usw.) sowie von den Arbeiten bzgl. der Wärmepumpe. Wo möglich, werden einzelne Elemente bei Hereon vor Einbau getestet. Auswertung und Publikation der wissenschaftlichen Ergebnisse runden Hereons Aktivitäten aus.
