Description: Das Projekt "SolaresBauen: LowEx Bestand - LowEx-Konzepte für die Wärmeversorgung von Mehrfamilien-Bestandsgebäuden, Teilvorhaben: Demonstration von fassadenintegrierter Heizung, Kühlung & Lüftung und Kessel-Wärmepumpen-Hybridanlage in Adorf" wird/wurde gefördert durch: Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie. Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Wohnungsgesellschaft Adorf,Vogtland mbH.Im thematischen Projektverbund 'LowEx-Konzepte für die Wärmeversorgung von Mehrfamilien-Bestandsgebäuden - LowEx-Bestand' sollen LowEx-Systemkonzepte für Mehrfamilien-Bestandsgebäude umfassend demonstriert und auch analysiert werden. Im Analyse-Teil des Vorhabens soll die Zuordnung von Systemkonzepten zu MFH-Gebäudetypen und Typen von Sanierungsprozessen systematisch untersucht und bewertet werden unter Einbeziehung des erreichbaren Nutzerkomforts, wirtschaftlicher Aspekte und der erreichbaren Emissions-Senkung. Der Konzeptanalyse wird eine Analyse des MFH-Bestands und der Sanierungsprozesse vorangestellt. Im Demonstrations-Teil des Vorhabens 'LowEx Demonstration', der hier als Antrag dargestellt ist, sollen die im thematischen LowEx Projektverbund entwickelten Wärmepumpensysteme und Komponenten in beispielhaften Sanierungsvorhaben in Verbindung mit ausgewählten Wärmequellen, Speichern und Raumübergabesystemen als LowEx-Konzepte für die Sanierung umfassend demonstriert und gemonitort werden.

Description: In the thematic project network 'LowEx concepts for the heat supply of existing multi-family buildings ' LowEx stock', LowEx system concepts for existing multi-family buildings are to be comprehensively demonstrated and analysed. In the analysis part of the project, the allocation of system concepts to types of multi-family housing and types of refurbishment processes will be systematically investigated and evaluated, taking into account the achievable user comfort, economic aspects and the achievable reduction in emissions. The concept analysis is preceded by an analysis of the existing housing stock and the refurbishment processes. In the demonstration part of the project 'LowEx Demonstration', which is presented here as an application, the heat pump systems and components developed in the thematic LowEx project network are to be comprehensively demonstrated and monitored in exemplary refurbishment projects in connection with selected heat sources, storage tanks and room transfer systems as LowEx concepts for refurbishment.
