Hocheffiziente silberarme industrierelevante TOPCoRE Siliziumsolarzellen, Teilvorhaben: Basisprozess TOPCoRE und TOPCon

Description: Das Projekt HI-LANDER soll es ermöglichen, Prozesssequenzen für silberfreie p-Typ TOPCoRE bzw. n-Typ TOPCon² Solarzellen der nächsten Generation von TRL 3 auf 5 zu steigern und so für die industrielle Massenfertigung vorzubereiten. Hierfür sollen die notwendigen technologischen Bausteine entwickelt werden. Die Entwicklungen in zielen dabei darauf ab, die Einzelprozessschritte dafür zu entwickeln und in eine Gesamtsequenz zu integrieren. Das Teilvorhaben 'Basisprozess TOPCoRE und TOPCon²' hat das Ziel die Arbeiten der Konsortialpartner in der Einzelprozessentwicklung zu unterstützen und zu einer Solarzellensequenz zusammenzuführen bzw. die Arbeiten in Form von Simulationen und Kostenrechnungen zu unterstützen.
