Dieser Datensatz enthält die Freilaufmöglichkeiten für geprüfte Hunde nur auf Wegen, Pfaden und Rasenflächen in öffentlichen Grün- und Erholungsanlagen gemäß § 9 Absatz 3 Hamburger Hundegesetz in der Hansestadt Hamburg. Diese Freilaufmöglichkeit besteht für Hunde, die die Gehorsamsprüfung erfolgreich bestanden haben und demnach von der allgemeinen Anleinpflicht befreit sind. Nach der Befreiung dürfen die Hunde überall dort, wo keine „besonderen“ Anleinpflichten und keine Mitnahmeverbote gelten, unangeleint mitgeführt werden. Dies sind neben Straßen, Wegen und Verkehrsflächen - die für diese Hunde automatisch freigegeben sind - zusätzlich bestimmte Wege, Pfade und Rasenflächen in öffentlichen Grün- und Erholungsanlagen. Die Bezirksämter haben diese Bereiche ausgewiesen, damit sie als weiteres Angebot von Hundehalter*innen genutzt werden können
