A report von bio-hydrogen trends in Europe has been prepared which has the following structure: 1. Overview of European bio-hydrogen activities: - analysis of countries which are active in this field; - activities at the level of the European Union; - research results; - perspectives. 2. Country reports for the most important countries identified in part 1, each country report focussing on the following issues: - goals of bio-hydrogen research; - research subjects; - scale of research: main players, funding of bio-hydrogen research. 3. Summary and outlook.
