The 'GISCO NUTS 2021' data set represents the NUTS 2021 regulation and statistical regions by means of multipart polygon, polyline and point topology. The NUTS geographical information is completed by attribute tables and a set of cartographic help lines to better visualize multipart polygonal regions. The NUTS nomenclature is a hierarchical classification of statistical regions defined by Eurostat. The NUTS classification subdivides the EU economic territory into 3 statistical levels. The NUTS 2021 classification has been established through the Commission Delegated Regulation 2019/1755, which entered into force on 8th August 2019 and applies from 1st January 2021. A non official NUTS-like classification has been defined for the EFTA countries and the candidate countries. At present, six scale ranges (100K, 1M, 3M, 10M and 20M, 60M) are maintained in the GISCO geodatabase. The polygon and boundary classes delineate the regions, while the points provide an anchor for each region. Associated tables contain basic information such as the name of the region. The public data set will be available at 1M, 3M, 10M, 20M, 60M, while the full data set at 100K is restricted. The data set covers EU Member States, EFTA countries, EU candidate countries and the UK. Following the departure of the UK from the European Union, the UK is no longer flagged as an EU Member State but retains its place in the NUTS and statistical regions data set. This dataset (NUTS_2021) is derived from the EuroBoundary Map 2020 (EBM2020) from Eurogeographics as well as GISCO NUTS 2016 (from Türkiye). Auf der Grundlage der nutzungsdifferenzierten Bodenübersichtskarte im Maßstab 1:250.000 wird die Feldkapazität bis 1m Tiefe in 5 Klassen abgebildet. Die Feldkapazität ist ein Maß dafür, wieviel Wasser ein Boden dauerhaft gegen die Schwerkraft halten kann. Durch Bezug auf 1m Bodentiefe ergibt sich die Feldkapazität bis 1m unter Geländeoberfläche. Die Maßeinheit ist mm. Die Nutzungsdifferenzierung beruht auf CORINE-Land Cover (CLC5_2018). Die dort aufgeführten Landnutzungsklassen wurden zu 5 Klassen (Acker, Grünland, Wald, Ödland und Siedlung/Verkehr) aggregiert. Die FK1m ist von einer Vielzahl von Faktoren abhängig. Dazu zählen die Bodenart, die Lagerungsdichte, der Humusgehalt und die Nutzung.
The Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive concerns the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors. The objective of the Directive is to protect the environment from the adverse effects of the above mentioned waste water discharges. This series contains time series of spatial and tabular data covering Agglomerations, Discharge Points, and Treatment Plants.
Die Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) folgt dem Grundsatz, dass Flussgebiete als Ganzes zu betrachten und zu bewirtschaften sind. Für die praktische Arbeit – z. B. für die Erarbeitung der Bewirtschaftungspläne oder für die Bestandsaufnahme des Zustands der Seen – werden aber handhabbare Untereinheiten gebildet. Wasserkörper stellen hierbei die kleinste Einheit dar, die die WRRL betrachtet. Das WRRL-Monitoring bezieht sich in Schleswig-Holstein auf 73 Wasserkörper mit jeweils einer Seefläche von mehr als 50 ha, davon sind 62 Seen natürlich und elf Seen künstlich entstanden. Hinsichtlich dieser Seen ist Deutschland berichtspflichtig gegenüber der EU.
In der Datenbank Rigoletto werden Chemikalien nach ihrem Gefährdungspotential für die aquatische Umwelt und die Gesundheit des Menschen in drei Wassergefährdungsklassen (WGK 1 bis 3) sowie in die Gruppe der nicht wassergefährdenden (nwg) Stoffe eingestuft, Hintergrundinformationen zu den einzelnen Stoffen angeboten und CAS- und EG-Nummern (CAS = Chemical Abstract Services, EG = Europäische Gemeinschaft z. B. EINECS-Nr. = European Inventory of Existing Chemicals) aufgeführt. Die Bewertung der Chemikalien erfolgt durch Selbsteinstufung durch die Hersteller und Inverkehrbringer entsprechend den Maßgaben der Verwaltungsvorschrift wassergefährdender Stoffe (VwVwS) vom 17. 05. 1999 und in Einzelfällen durch die "Kommission Bewertung wassergefährdender Stoffe (KBwS)". Im wasserrechtlichen Vollzug der Bundesländer dienen die Wassergefährdungsklassen dazu, Anforderungen an die technische und logistische Sicherheit bei Industrieanlagen und Lagern festzulegen. Die Daten können mit Hilfe einer komfortablen Suchmaschine über Teile der Stoffbezeichnung, CAS-/ EG-Nummern, oder Synonyme recherchiert werden. Folgende Aufgaben werden mit Hilfe der Datenbank Rigoletto gelöst: · Verwalten der nach Anhang 3 der VwVwS vom 17. 05. 1999 durch Hersteller und Inverkehrbringer dokumentierten Stoffe, · Erstellung von umfassenden Stoffdatensätzen, die einstufungsrelevante Daten zur Identifikation, Toxizität, Ökotoxizität, Verhalten in der Umwelt und zu Klassifizierungen umfassen, · Dokumentation der Stoffinformationen und Ausgabe der Datensätze in Form eines Datenblattes, das als Layout-Vorlage zur Vervielfältigung verwendbar ist, · Verwaltung und Dokumentation der Literaturquellen, · regelmäßige Weitergabe der Daten für die Veröffentlichung der Einstufungen im Internet, · Erstellung des Katalogs wassergefährdender Stoffe sowie der VwVwS in Form layoutfähiger Vorlagen.
