Gesetz zur Änderung des Gesetzes über den Bebauungsplan Hummelsbüttel 4 / Poppenbüttel 8
Vom 25. April 1977
Der Senat verkündet das nachstehende von der Bürgerschaft beschlossene Gesetz:
Artikel 1
Das Gesetz über den Bebauungsplan Hummelsbüttel 4 / Poppenbüttel 8 vom 10. Dezember 1973 (Hamburgisches Gesetz und Verordnungsblatt Seite 529) wird wie folgt geändert:
1.In der zeichnerischen Darstellung wird die Festsetzung der Bauweise Gartenhofhäuser GHM gestrichen.
2.In § 2 Nummer 1 wird folgender Satz angefügt:
"Kamine sind zulässig, sofern sie mit Holz oder Gas befeuert werden oder elektrische Energie verwendet wird.14
3.In § 2 Nummer 8 werden die Wörter ¿der Gartenhofhausgebiete" ersetzt durch die Wörter "der eingeschossigen reinen Wohngebiete ohne Festsetzung einer Bauweise".
Das Digitale Basis-Landschaftsmodell (Basis-DLM) beschreibt die Landschaft in Form von topographischen Objekten und stellt einen präsentationsneutralen, objektbasierten Vektordatenbestand dar. Das Standard-Datenaustauschformat für Daten im AAA-Modell ist die Normbasierte Austauschschnittstelle (NAS). Der Abruf ist im Format NAS und und als Shape möglich. Der Aktualisierungszyklus beträgt einen Monat. Stand der Daten: 30.04.2025.
Betreiber von Besamungsstationen oder von Embryo-Entnahmeeinheiten für den nationalen Handel bedürfen der Erlaubnis nach §18 des Nationalen Tierzuchtgesetzes (TierZG, 2019). Die Erlaubnis erfolgt durch die zuständige Tierzuchtbehörde des entsprechenden Bundeslandes.
Die DTK 25 ist eine (digitale) topographische Karte im Maßstab 1 : 25 000. Sie wird weitgehend automatisiert aus den Daten des Digitalen Landschaftsmodells NRW und weiteren amtlichen Quellen abgeleitet. Die Karte wird sowohl in Farbe als auch in Schwarz-Weiß bereitgestellt. Die Topographie der Erdoberfläche wird mit hoher Lagegenauigkeit detailreich wiedergegeben. Die DTK25 steht sowohl blattschnittfrei als auch im Standardblattschnitt mit Kartenrahmen und Legende bezogen werden. Die blattschnittfreien Daten können sowohl in Farbe als auch in Schwarz-Weiß bereitgestellt werden.

Das Digitale Landschaftsmodell 50 (DLM50) beschreibt die Landschaft in Form von topographischen Objekten und stellt einen präsentationsneutralen, objektbasierten Vektordatenbestand dar. Es wird automatisiert aus dem Digitalen Basis-Landschaftsmodell (Basis-DLM) abgeleitet und unterscheidet sich von diesem durch eine einfachere Strukturierung und eine geringere Datenmenge. Das Standard-Datenaustauschformat für Daten im AAA-Modell ist die Normbasierte Austauschschnittstelle (NAS). Der Abruf ist im Format NAS und und als Shape möglich. Der Aktualisierungszyklus beträgt einen Monat. Stand der Daten: 30.04.2025.
Suspended sediment and discharge data from the single point monitoring and suspended sediment, flow velocity and discharge data from the multi point monitoring at the River Rhine. Multi-point measurements (MPM) carried out by the respective Waterways and Shipping Administration are conducted from a ship at predefined locations along each cross-section. The sampling protocol encompasses five to six vertical profiles per cross-section with four to five sampling depths per profile. Predefined depths are: surface (approx. 0.3 m below surface), 60% and 80% of the maximum water depth, and bottom (approx. 0.3 m above the channel bed) at each vertical. One additional sample at 90% is taken when the total water depth is > 5 m. Sampling along one cross-section is performed within a single day and takes 5 to 6 hours on average. The individual samples are retrieved by isokinetic pump sampling (pump speed equals flow velocity). At each sampling point a 50 L water sample is taken for the sand fraction and a 5 L water sample for the silt and clay fraction. The samples are filtered through commercial pre-weighed coffee filters at the ship and dried subsequently. Single-point measurements (SPM) within the framework of the WSV monitoring network are taken from the middle of the river. 5 L bucket samples are retrieved from the surface at each workday, thus, excluding weekends or public holidays. Sampling is increased up to three times a day during high discharge events.
