Physical oceanography during RV HEINCKE cruise HE656

Conductivity-temperature-depth profiles were measured using a Seabird SBE 911plus CTD during RV HEINCKE cruise HE656. The CTD was equipped with duplicate sensors for temperature (SBE3plus), conductivity (SBE4) and oxygen (SBE43). Additional sensors such as a WET Labs C-Star transmissometer, a WET Labs ECO-AFL fluorometer and an altimeter (PSA-916 Teledyne (Benthos)) were mounted to the CTD. Temperature, conductivity and oxygen sensors are calibrated by the manufacturer once a year before being mounted in January. They are used throughout the year and no post-cruise or in-situ calibration is applied. All other sensors are calibrated irregularly. Data were connected to the station book of the specific cruise as available in the DSHIP database. Processing of the data including removal of obvious outliers followed the procedures described in CTD Processing Logbook of RV HEINCKE (hdl:10013/epic.47427). Raw physical oceanography data was acquired by a ship-based Seabird SBE911plus CTD-Rosette system onboard RV HEINCKE . The CTD was equipped with duplicate sensors for temperature (SBE3plus) and conductivity (SBE4) as well as one sensor for oxygen (SBE43). Additional sensors such as a WET Labs C-Star transmissometer, a WET Labs ECO-AFL fluorometer (FLRTD) and an altimeter (Teledyne Benthos PSA-916) were mounted to the CTD. The data was recorded using pre-cruise calibration coefficients. No correction, post-cruise calibration or quality control was applied. Processed profile data are available via the link below.

WMS - Verzeichnis gesetzlich geschützter Biotope

Quelle der Daten: - Die von den unteren Naturschutzbehörden (UNB) dem Sächsischen Landesamt für Umwelt, Landwirtschaft und Geologie (LfULG) mitgeteilten Verzeichnisse gesetzlich geschützter Biotope. Viele natürliche und naturnahe Biotope sind in heutiger Zeit selten und gefährdet. Aus diesem Grund sind im Bundesnaturschutzgesetz in § 30 BNatSchG Biotoptypen aufgezählt, die bundesweit gesetzlich geschützt werden sollen. Die Länder können weitere hinzuzählen, was für Sachsen mit § 21 Sächsisches Naturschutzgesetz geschehen ist. Der gesetzliche Schutz gilt unmittelbar, wenn ein Biotop den erforderlichen Zustand aufweist. Die Naturschutzbehörden in Sachsen führen gemäß den Bestimmungen des Bundes- bzw. des Sächsischen Naturschutzgesetzes Verzeichnisse der ihnen bekannten gesetzlich geschützten Biotope. Für den gesetzlichen Schutz ist es jedoch nicht notwendig, dass ein Biotop in einem Verzeichnis oder Datenbestand aufgeführt ist. Weitere, in den Biotopverzeichnissen nicht aufgeführte gesetzlich geschützte Biotope können existieren. Andererseits können bekannte Biotope infolge natürlicher Entwicklung ihren gesetzlich geschützten Charakter auch wieder verlieren. Quelle der Biotopverzeichnisse sind im Wesentlichen die Fachdaten des LfULG, insbesondere die Biotopdaten aus dem FFH-Monitoring, die Ergebnisse der Waldbiotopkartierung des SBS sowie eigene Erhebungen der unteren Naturschutzbehörden. Das LFULG dokumentiert die Biotopverzeichnisse der unteren Naturschutzbehörden landesweit und aktualisiert den Datenbestand jährlich soweit die UNB Änderungen mitteilen.

WFS - IS SaND Maßnahmen

WFS-Dienst von Maßnahmen für guten Erhaltungszustand der Lebensräume und Arten nach FFH-Richtlinie. Entspricht dem aktuellen Stand der behördenverbindlichen Managementplanung. Die Sach- und Geometriedaten werden im Informationssystem Sächsische NATURA 2000-Datenbank (IS SaND) gepflegt. Aufgrund des Erfassungsmaßstabs sind die Daten nicht für Analysen in Maßstäben größer 1:10.000 geeignet.
